Merchants find this app valuable for simplifying ad management and boosting sales, with automated ad creation and targeting features enhancing Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Its intuitive interface allows quick setup and effective funnel options, with some seeing retargeting sales within a week. The support team is praised for professionalism and responsiveness, often exceeding expectations to optimize ads and resolve issues, even during weekends and holidays.
It took some time to initially setup and get it all to work correctly but the support seemed to always be available to assist and find resolutions to issues. Now we've had it running for perhaps around 9 months or more and are seeing excellent ROAS and still playing with some changes regularly, helped by the support team offering advise and information about some unknown, to me, Do's and Don't on Meta.

Easy Ads makes my life easy and has also saved me thousands in digital marketing consulting fees and saves me a lot of time. I'd recommend to any online store owner who's still starting out.
Their professional marketing team even contacts you to advise on your ads and do site audits of your store to see where you can improve in order to make your ads deliver even better.
It simply doesn’t do what it claims. If you have a large catalog, it only cycles through about six products—and you don’t even get to choose which ones. It feels like the app just promotes whatever it wants.
I did make two sales, but the return doesn’t justify the cost. I’m spending more than I’m making, which defeats the entire purpose.
Support is just as frustrating. When they can’t answer your questions, they shift the blame to your store—even after you prove them wrong. The final straw was being told to “go watch videos on how to improve your store’s performance.” My store doesn’t have performance issues—the app just doesn’t deliver.
At the end of the day, this is a weak product that overpromises and underdelivers.
